Designed to retrofit onto existing Leafield Marine C7/D7 valve types out in the field, or part of a newly manufactured inflatable. The Smart Cap will interface with the valve to read the pressure inside the chamber then transmitting the data wirelessly to a receiving unit where the data can be displayed in a user friendly touch screen interface.

Ideal for end of manufacturing air holding tests, with .csv files downloadable for historical quality assurance data.

The displayed data provides the user with an at a glance view of their inflatable’s pressure allowing them to see if it is optimally inflated or needs further intervention. This is ideal for new product testing before heading to a customer, in the field use or during planned maintenance scheduled works.

Data can be displayed on a boats Raymarine unit or to a tablet or smart phone to ensure an easy user experience.

The smart cap is designed to endure 15 years of external exposure with a easy to service and replace battery.
