We are based in the UK, in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, occupying modern facilities, featuring in-house design and production equipment. Known for designing and producing valves for inflatable boats, with business beginning in 1965. Since then, our range of products has grown, including both valves and specialist inflation systems for many inflatable structures including commercial, leisure and professional applications, supplying many of the world leaders in these markets.

Design Engineer
The Design Engineer is a key role within the small Engineering team responsible for new product design, R&D of concepts and processes and providing key technical support for existing products. The role requires the engineer to be able to use a wide range of engineering theories and principles within this highly regulated demanding safety critical industry. Individual will need to have active project management skills, be able to use CAD, prototyping and testing experience with the application of engineering analytical problem-solving tools to create and introduce new products customers and solutions for manufacturing. National and/or international travel will occasionally be necessary for this role.

Assembly Operator
We are looking for someone to fill the role of assembly operator, carrying out the assembly, test and packing operations.
To ensure that the above activities are carried out efficiently and to the required standard.
To assist in maintaining a safe production environment.
The above activities are carried out to in accordance with the approved Procedures and Work Instructions.
