At Leafield Marine we have 4 main types of inflation valve available.
C7
The C7 inflation and deflation valve has become the most popular boat valve and is used in demanding applications such as Military and Commercial RIBs, river rafts and inflatable boats. It is also popular within the luxury RIB and tender markets.
D7
The D7 inflation and deflation valve has been designed to replace the highly successful C7 valve mentioned above. It has an improved inflation and deflation speed and has been designed to reduce leakage with an ‘O’ Ring seal added to the valve core. It’s shorter and smoother internal profile makes it ideal for smaller diameter tubes like those seen in the floors of inflatable Kayaks.
D7 Drop Stitch
The D7 Drop Stitch valve has an additional internal mesh filter added to prevent any small fabric fibres entering the valve seal and causing leaks. This makes it ideal for any drop stitch fabric or high pressure applications like Paddleboards and inflatable Kayaks.
D7M
The D7M valve is has all the features of the D7 in a miniature form. The smallest valve in the Leafield range also boasts a flat bottom to allow for easier installation and an inbuilt filter to prevent any stray fibres or debris from entering the valve.
